Inheritance: Pitfalls and Possibilities is a half-day workshop that deals with topics from both the personal and practical sides of inheritance, such as:
- The emotional legacy of inheritance
- How to preserve relationships among family members and friends
- Ways to deepen your family traditions and values
- Ways to support your goals and avoid unnecessary taxes
- Led by facilitator Olivia Boyce-Abel, the workshop includes:
- A three-person panel sharing their personal experiences with inheritance
- Small group discussion and networking opportunities
- An easy-to-understand presentation on estate planning tools
- Resources for additional information about giving or receiving an inheritance
